Linus has taken third on the grid for Sunday’s weekend-ending race at Laguna Seca.
Slotting in behind usual front-pack rivals Kyle Kirkwood and David Malukas on this occasion in Qualifying 2, Linus will set off from the second row of the grid as the event concludes tomorrow.
LINUS: “The balance of the car was much better today, which is positive, but we just didn’t get the tyres to peak. We were slightly outside the window and around a place like this, that’s going to cost you. We are optimistic we’ve got a strong race car, though. We did more long runs than our rivals in practice and hopefully it’ll be closer in the race.”
Next up at Laguna Seca is Race 1, which goes green at 12.45 pm / 21.45. Linus will start that encounter from second on the grid.
